Refund policy
Refunds:
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at stoneglow@yahoo.com. Include a photo of the wrong item unopened. We will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 1-2 business days.
Damages And Issues:
For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to stoneglow@yahoo.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Lost/Stolen Package:
Stone Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
